Consultations can be arranged by phone, WhatsApp, or email. If you have relevant medical records or previous findings, please bring them with you to your appointment.

A comprehensive initial consultation requires a personal examination. Therefore, first consultations are not conducted online. In selected cases, follow-up appointments may be arranged online on an individual basis.

Aesthetic treatments generally require completed physical development. Whether and when a treatment is appropriate is always assessed individually and responsibly.

My aim is to achieve safe, sustainable, and high-quality results. For this reason, I advise against short-notice or “last-minute” treatments. Treatment planning is always individual and may involve several appointments. If you have a specific date in mind, please contact us early so we can determine the most suitable timeline together.

I offer a broad range of plastic and aesthetic treatments, including minimally invasive procedures. Which options are appropriate for you is determined during a personal consultation.
In the interest of your safety and achieving a natural result, I reserve the right to decline treatments that I do not consider medically or aesthetically appropriate.

Recovery time varies depending on the type and extent of the procedure as well as individual factors. While minimally invasive treatments often require only a few days of downtime, surgical procedures may take several weeks or months before the final result becomes visible. I will provide realistic and transparent guidance tailored to your situation.

Costs & Payment
What costs should I expect for a treatment?

As every treatment is individually tailored to your needs and goals, costs depend on the specific scope of treatment. Fixed or package prices are therefore not meaningful. During a personal consultation, you will receive a transparent and detailed cost overview.
The fee for the initial consultation is €150.

Purely aesthetic treatments are generally not covered by health insurance. If there is a medical indication (for example, eyelid surgery due to visual field restriction), partial reimbursement by your health insurance or supplementary insurance may be possible.
Please note that this is a private practice, meaning invoices must be settled directly by you. We are happy to provide the necessary documentation should you wish to apply for reimbursement; however, the submission itself must be handled by the patient.

After treatment, you will receive an invoice payable by bank transfer. Alternatively, payment can be made directly at the practice in cash or by debit/credit card. For surgical procedures, a non-refundable deposit is required.

In exceptional cases, individual arrangements may be discussed. Please feel free to speak with us directly.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. For late cancellations or failure to attend, a cancellation fee of €100 will be charged.

The consultation fee covers the time, medical expertise, and individualized treatment planning provided during your appointment and is not credited toward subsequent treatments.

Aftercare & Results
When will the final result be visible?

The final result develops gradually and depends on both the treatment and your individual healing process. While results from minimally invasive procedures are often visible within days, surgical procedures may require several months to reach their final outcome.

After surgical procedures, it is important to observe recommended rest periods, avoid physical strain, and attend follow-up appointments. You will receive a personalized aftercare plan with all essential information.

Every treatment is planned individually and performed with great care. However, outcomes depend on various factors, including healing processes, tissue response, and lifestyle. Aesthetic perception is also subjective.

Where is the practice located and what are the opening hours?

My practice is located at the foot of Ruckerlberg, Nibelungengasse 66, 8010 Graz. Please feel free to contact us with your individual appointment request.

You can reach us by phone, WhatsApp, or email, or via the contact form on our website. If we are unable to respond immediately, we appreciate your understanding—during treatments, my full attention is dedicated to my patients. We will respond as soon as possible.

Parking (blue zone) is available nearby. The practice is also easily accessible by public transport, with the nearest stops approximately five minutes away on foot (Herz-Jesu-Kirche / Schillerplatz / Nibelungengasse).

The practice is located in a historic building and can be accessed via a small number of steps. We are happy to assist you if needed.
